Heating and Pressure:

Temperature: Strictly controlled according to the process requirements of the adhesive and rubber. Excessive temperature may cause scorching, while insufficient temperature leads to incomplete vulcanization.

Pressure: Pressure must be uniform and sufficient (typically 1-1.5MPa) to ensure the rubber flows and fills all gaps.

Time: The pressure and temperature holding time must be sufficient to ensure the optimal vulcanization point is reached. The timing begins once all points in the mold have reached the set temperature.
