If the belt damage area is not too large, like dot, spot or small piece, you don’t need to use a big machine to repair it. C-clamp spot repair vulcanizing press would be a good choice. Lower budget, but fix a big problem.

YXL C-Clamp Repair Vulcanizing Press, also known as C-clamp spot repair vulcanizer, is an electric heating repair equipment for conveyor belt. During the belt conveying, the surface of the belt may be damaged or pierced by the conveyed material. Then the spot vulcanizing repair machine can be used to fix it .
The machine consists of frame, two heating plates, an integrated hydraulic lifter and an electric control box. The frame is made of high-strength aluminum alloy, it’s small size, portable, safe and reliable. This machine is mainly applied to repair less than 300 * 300mm dot damage.

Application :
- Move the machine to the repair site.
- Fill glue in the damaged areas that need to be repaired.
- Place the frame under the belt and align it with the damaged area.
- Place the lower heating plate just under the damaged area of the belt and then place the upper frame.
- Press the hydraulic lever until it reaches enough pressure level.
- Connect the primary cable to power source and electrical control box. And then connect the secondary cable with the control box and the upper and lower plates. Please note that it should match the corresponding signs on the control box.
- Turn on the control box and start the vulcanizing repair process.
